The Details You Can See — and Feel
A great throw blanket is more than warmth. The difference is often in the details you notice when you look closer—and feel it in your hands.
1. Shell-Stitch Edge Finish
The edge is finished with our distinctive shell-stitch technique, creating a subtle, curved rhythm along the border. Each edge is machine-finished and carefully guided by hand, keeping the stitching clean and even from corner to corner.
The result is more than a finished edge. The stitching becomes part of the design, adding a small handcrafted detail that gives the blanket character without making it feel overly decorative.
2. Extra-Long-Pile Faux Fur
Turn the blanket over and the experience changes completely.
The faux fur reverse features extra-long fibers measuring over 8 cm, creating the deep, flowing pile shown here. The longer fibers catch and reflect light as they move, giving the surface a striking sense of depth and movement.
Unlike a short, uniform faux fur, the extra-long pile creates a fuller silhouette and a more dramatic visual texture. Run your hand across it and the fibers shift naturally beneath your touch, bringing out different shades and highlights across the surface.
This is what gives the blanket its distinctive presence—soft enough to curl up with, but visually substantial enough to become part of the room.
From the shell-like edge to the long, flowing faux fur, every detail is designed to make a throw blanket feel less ordinary. It is the kind of detail you notice first with your eyes, then appreciate every time you reach for it.
